i've always thought that vegetable/vegetarian briyani is blasphemous, but watching this, i've never felt so wronged! that looks incredibly delicious, especially when you zoomed in! glad to see that maami has recovered well (she also reminds me of my periamma in malaysia), and hoping to see more traditional dishes and maami's banter while she's cooking. :)
