This filter is totally not safe because tumne tape use Kiya Hai , jaise hi suction slip krega filter niche jayegi and fishes nip krke tape nikal degi yaa toh pleco fish filters and uske wires ko Suck krti hai wo nikal denge and current complete tank Mai aajayega , don't use.
tape has not been placed under water maine bahar rakkha hai so no worries🤗

Bhaiya suggestion ki Tarah manlo ise koi hate nhi pr aapne top filter ke pump ka niche ka nozle nhi lagaya hai. Us se zebra ya fir cichlid cichlid nhi toh plants damage ho sakte hai or mujhe Pata hai nozle nikal ne se dirt ko or zyada achhe se suck kar sakta hai pr safe nhi hai.🙏
Or baat rhi naye filter ki toh vo boht achha work hi rha hai pr uski bhi position bhi practical nhi lagi kyu ? Here is the reason.

To mera kehna yahi hai ki vo left side ke glass pe corner mei lagao and uska jo motor hai vo pani ke surface ke 3,4 centimeter niche rakho aapne use niche lagaya hai. 😅
Usse kya hoga pani ka jo surface agitation hoga vo jyada hoga matlab ki oxygen jyada and its fact.
Or vo bubble band karo internal filters ka or top filter ka kyu ki vo natural nhi dikhta .
Planted tank mei aapne kabhi bubble nhi dekha hoga co2 wala ND plants jo release karte Hai vo chodker 😅

The reason we use bubbles is generally to create more water movement which increases the dissolved oxygen which the fish can access or if there is enough water movement then you actually do not need it. Btw i do like your 5ft aquarium.
