In mstr bath, do away with bench and put in a bank of cabinets. Also, lighten the shower tile. Laundry room, take out bench and use space for a freezer. Kitchen, no blue cabinets, subway tile throughout.
What a lovely home, I really like the floorplan and the colors combination, they make it look fresh, modern and cozy, definitely a little less farmhousey despite the presence of shiplap here and there.
I hate two tone cabinets. That is until I seen this combo. It works! Especially with those tiles surrounding the stove and the accent wall in dinning room. I love the wood wrap around at the breakfast bar.
Amazing floor plan, and great details. I’d have to pony up for putting drywall in the closets. I wonder if I could convert that coat closet in the utility room into a true pantry.
@Joe Bonez In the floor plan at the beginning of the video, they have the closet set up as a pantry with the water heater moved to the space where the bench and coat rack were.

Love the open concept. Love the kitchen cabinet colors. Love the home, except I need more cabinet space or a pantry. I would replace that bench area with a pantry. I am not into the barn look floors. I would rather have a smaller sink in the guest bath so there's more counter space. I do prefer the master closet access to be in the bath. Love the shower and window in the master bath.
Love the shower head. need a big tub add jets. Colors so pretty might have to make the white outside the kitchen a light blue I am not a fan of carpet's all things I know can be done. Would do a pool table in dining area they do make some lightweight and study enough

This home is slightly different than the floor plan shown at the beginning of the video. The floor plan does not have the benches in either the utility room or master bathroom. This allows for a pantry in the utility room and an extra master closet plus both a garden tub and shower in the master bath. I think I prefer that setup better than the one that was toured. Also, I think I would prefer the door for the master bedroom to be at the opposite end by the front wall, if possible. With it at the other end as shown, anyone on the couch would likely have a hard time watching television unless they were lying down or sitting with their feet up on the couch. However, the floor plan shows a fireplace in the corner, so maybe the television hookup is further down than I'm thinking. It was hard for me to tell for sure on my phone.

you missed an entire room. the floor shows a small room behind the kitchen off the utility room. It is descent looking. My fault with it is that the Master bath is not ADA.
Overall I liked this home. The size of the closet was awesome. The only thing I didnt like was the bench/coat rack in the laundry room ( a pantry would have made a lot more sense since there isnt much pantry storage in the kitchen and there was already a closet in laundry room) and the bench im master bath ( a linen cliset would be much more useful)
Sorry. Kitchen is too small & all I could think is the cabinets rights at the stove, I would constantly be scrubbing off the grease everytime I cooked. Eventually the paint would come off.
The floor plan doesn't match this home, in the kitchen anyway. The Island in the floor plan is shaped different, and counter top in floor plan goes around the corner to a door with cabinets on the side and on opposite side of utility room door, But not in the home. Pantry is supposed to be where the closet is in the laundry, on floor plan, but not in this home. Floor plan has two closets in master, but home has one, bathroom different in master than floor plan too. Lol! But still a nice home. The blue is different, but I think a white or gray would look better than light wood. Just my opinion.😊💗

The master bathroom had more drawers then the kitchen, and for me the kitchen was to small.

It's really pretty, but I don't care for the light wood at all. I love the blue cabinets under the island, but not by the stove.
