The sign of a truly great car is where a good driver jumps in and is instantly fast because the car feels so natural and so right. Would love to see Murph attack the Mountain in this!
Wow what a ride, fantastic incar footage the two angles are a bonus. Thanks for sharing loved that wild ride, the speed he can carry through turn 1 is awesome ❤❤❤❤❤ it.
Wow never thought I’d see one of these in NZ would be a dream to see in person. I have fixed a couple cars that Greg Murphy has crashed 😅 and also helped build his AP4 Barina (worked on the fibreglass wide body in my garage at home!) Would love to see this car in person is it here to stay does anyone know?? 🙏🏻
@@readydreadygovideos2565 it's here till the begg festival...it will be staying in the Bill Richardson transport museum Invercargill ..then back to ozzy
It is a pity our rules at the time here in Australia did not really favour this car ever competing. Whilst we did have one of these competing under Group A rules, it was never a fair fight compared to the rules under DTM.

This, the E30 and the RS500 are the holy trinity of late 80s early 90s touring cars.
Fantastic video, it just looks effortless, the icing on the cake is Murph’s comment at the end “Nothing…………. Don’t touch it “
New to the car. Jumps in and is immediately flicking through the gears. Lovely.
The best looking touring car ever made, stunning. I wish I knew this was on and I would have made the trek from Oz.
The M3 was a looker and so was the Sierra imo.
Maybe not beautiful but the Ovlov was a striking looking thing in the wagon version as well.
Hell, yeah sounds amazing
Such a beautiful legendary race car that Mercedes will change my life forever.

Love the ending, my fav!!!! and the turn-in is very very impressive!

His comments at the end!
So good!

That’s footage that you’ll keep for a life time and the ultimate chance to film
That's good for the engine..switching it off like that.
@@MrAdam8484 Why? It won't make any difference. There was a cool down lap and it is not a turbo.
So good
Listen to that!!!!
👏👏👏
how much nicer does it drive than am aussie touring car of the same generation

I would immediately stuff up the shifting, with first being low-left. Haha
