The ordering of making a piece this way is really easy to understand and it allows your handstyle to show a lot more than just planning out the shapes. I switch off between doing this method and coming up with shapes first because it makes a lot of variety for the styles. Thanks a bunch for this new method. Keep it up!

Cool sketch man! The way to just make the the "simple" structures of the letter and then add details is very interesting. I always draw with pencil the shapes and afterwards fillin, blocks, shadows and stuff. But i will definitely try it out your way. 🤘🏻

make the outlines of your letters the same colour as the fill of the 3d, makes it pop more from my experience but its all personal preference, looks good anyway.
