I like how when gray said “Welcome back to the land where agony is born,” a “yay” sound played. At this point, pain, agony, and suffering is just a part of the channel, with gray either receiving the agony from other people, or he is giving the agony to NPC’s.

That does not surprise me. As a resident of New Mexico, I can honestly say we deal with strong winds, drastically hourly changing weather, blazing temperatures of 115 degrees in the Summer and freezing temperatures of -16 in the winter. We can be at 75 degrees on Tuesday and be 9 degrees on Wednesday in the winter. We get hail the size of golf balls, tornados that show up very quickly, and winds so strong that some days you just don't go outside, for risk of being knocked over. The only weather that really affects us? Flooding, we have horrible drainage systems, but we also live 5,700 feet above sea level. Also humidity, we are a very dry state, humidity is freaking weird to us. So I think this is quite accurate.

4:52 I like to think Gray is speaking of this in one plane of existence in this game's world, while another Gray is sending all of the people to hell unless they're actual bad people in another via Heaven Vs Hell and like games. Basically, Gray at this point in time while making this video was saying this while an earlier Gray awhile back when playing Heaven vs Hell reached into their world again to send all of the people to Hell. He's intereacting with their world at different points in time for our perspective, but for their perspective, he's watching them burn, and sending them off to burn... in Hell forever.
