If you're not seeing "Stereo Mix" as an option in your recording devices and only have "Microphone" and "Microphone Array," here are some steps you can try:
***First, make sure that your device is using Realtek audio hardware. (If used.)
      1. Update Audio Drivers: Ensure your audio drivers are up to date. Visit your computer or motherboard manufacturer's website to download the latest drivers for your sound card.
      2. Enable Stereo Mix: Sometimes "Stereo Mix" might be disabled. To enable it:
      - Right-click the speaker icon in the system tray and select "Sounds."
      - Go to the "Recording" tab.
      - Right-click in the empty space and select "Show Disabled Devices" and "Show Disconnected Devices."
      - If "Stereo Mix" appears, right-click on it and select "Enable."
      - Set it as the default recording device if needed.
      3. Check Audio Settings: Some sound cards or audio software come with their own control panels where you might need to enable or configure "Stereo Mix." Check your sound card's control panel or audio management software.
      4. Use Alternative Software: If you can't get "Stereo Mix" to show up, consider using third-party software like Voicemeeter or Soundflower (on Mac) that can route audio from various sources and mix it.
      5. Check Hardware and Compatibility: Ensure your sound card or audio hardware supports "Stereo Mix." Some newer systems or audio hardware might not support it directly.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it's possible that your sound card or audio setup doesn't support "Stereo Mix," and you might need to use 3rd party (Audacity, OBS Studio, VoiceMeeter, Simple Screen Recorder, or NCH Software's WavePad) software for capturing audio.
