I know. I don't get excited about the Grand National any more. And I hear that, this year, they are moving the first fence nearer the Melling Road so as to shorten the run even more + limit the field to 30.
@@theracingdemon3141 even the ladies day at cheltenham renamed gender neutral day! nutjobs, lost 5,000 in attendance from last year, my mum and her sisters wont go ever again.
They look pretty menacing to me. Maybe if they are being made safer than it is less likely that horses could be put down or jockeys ending up crippled? They are iconic enough in appearance I really don’t see the big issue
@@motiveracing3534 The grand national was pointless , it was not a national , just 40 horses in a massive group, they should cancel the race, no challenge, no atmosphere bland race, horses die in fields every single day, if they aren't trained they die younger ,the jockeys know the risks,
For some reason, I lost the ITV footage of the closing stages. So I have supplied the Racing UK footage in its place.
Thank you fantastic effort
Top stuff TRD👌
Hey no apologies great stuff
