Honestly, that 40 minute video is probably a far better video. Don't be too concerned about length. Someone who looks at a video of that length and loses interest, didn't care about your opinions anyway; but with only a 5 minute video there's almost no substance here. There's nothing of you here to set you apart from any other book blogger. Consider putting up the original 40 minute video as "deep dive", because I guarantee you'll get positive feedback. Length is less important than content, so long as you have an opinion to share, don't be afraid to share it.
I agree, a longer video where she expressed her thoughts on each book would have been better. I personally don’t mind longer videos as I’m sure others don’t as well. Still a good video though :)
