Not sure if you have videos on this already, but could you share some tips on hiring virtual assistants & difference in hiring UK VAs vs overseas VAs. Also having them help with emails, seller amazon account if needed or is this not advised etc? Where to find high quality VAs and methods to manage VAs i.e. payroll...and other aspects you are willing to share. Thanks!
Hi Thomas, just purchased the sheet can see it being really useful. With regards to VAT can I ask how you prepare for it? Im thinking something along the lines of every disbursement I receive take out 20% and put to one side ready for my next vat bill. Just curious what method do you use?

Great question, but you wouldnt be able to. Its like pouring a cup of water in your bath and asking to track only the water in the cup, you can't. But what you can see is the overall effect increase (ie how high the water is in the bath)

What about your inventory assets or unsold inventory? Does this tracker account for that or COGS?
is it possible to make the cash flow spreadsheet come out every 2 weeks instead of every week?
You can tweak it but for accounting purposes, it is valuable to make it every week.

Instead of manually entering this data how comes you aren’t using software such as quickbooks to automate your cashflow management?
I also use xero but I find it more efficient and helpful to have a cash flow sheet which is designed specifically for my Amazon business.

You can now request disbursements every 24 hours!
