The 420 National championships held at Fremantle Sailing Club will be remembered by all involved as it had incredible sailing conditions and a great vibe. The Weather was fantastic and the regatta was run professionally. Thanks to all involved! - กีฬา
Used to sail 420's back in the early 80's, Even sailed in the UK schools nationals in 81. Watching this video reminded me of how much fun I used to have in these awesome boats. Great edit too!

they called 420 they are awesome but not a very big class yet I used to sail them

Ive been sail for quite awhile and I've been wondering about if professional 420 sailors wear shin pads or not because myself I always get a bunch of bruises from tacking moving around the boat 💩💩
some people do but its a lot less common in general than it used to be for some reason. I only really use them in light wind (like 8 knots or lower) when i'm in the boat the entire time b/c they are not really necessary when ur on the wire.
@@clairewiley8862 that makes sense, since where I sail the wind doesn't really get pass 8knots😂 so Im in boat most of the time

Hey man, we don't actually use a GoPole brand, it's a spinnaker pole of about 1 and a half metres with a GoPro handlebar attachment on the end to mount the GoPro. Hope this helps! If you message us on Facebook we could even send you a photo of it.
