The TP&W scene at 8:27 is between Peoria and Bartonville. Train is westbound. That block of Conrail hoppers is probably metalurgical coal for one of two BN-served customers in Keokuk, Iowa (Keokuk Ferro-Sil and Midwest Carbide).
