Hi Jesse, When I grew up there in West Shokan(Ulster County) , every year we went to the Dutchess County Fair. My family Lived up there from 1967-1984. My parents kept the house up there until 2003. Now we are in Florida.
Sounds just like Andrews truck pulling up. Love the similarity between your two channels. Both do great work, and are worthy of everyone that follows you.
Nice video Jesse. Always like seeing the demo videos and the JD earning its keep. Your and Andrews videos of the area make me want to move back there, I grew up across the river from you guys near Hudson off route 82. My family business still has a display and booth at the Dutchess county fair. Keep up the great work and looking forward to many more videos.
another satisfying mobile home demo, looked like a haven for wasps and snakes cleaned up and ready for a container castle or cabin lol! Stay safe Jesse
like you said at the end, the frames are engineered to go with a completed house on top to prevent bending. They are more helper frame rails then anything
Great video, beautiful farm land and the fair was a bonus,i would love to see a tiny house compition,i bet your dad would be hard to out do,us older men have experience on our side ha ha,looking forward to more.
It’s interesting that the axe are /were still underneath out here in nw they took them out and sold them That’s a great idea using themas tiny house frames
Nice video Jesse. I'm an electrician also, one day i hope to have my own small demo and excavating business like you. Thanks for the making the videos!
Thanks. I am a licensed master electrician but I only really do electric work on my own jobs. I would much rather be excavating or doing concrete. Sometimes I get contractors that want me to be a sub but I dont want to get involved.
Just found this channel (likely recommended after watching several hundred of AC's uploads). Beautifully produced and really like the explanation of what you were doing along the way. I'll always subscribe to channels featuring quality 4k footage.
I would love if you and Andrew would talk about how your price work. Not get into numbers specifically but talk about equipment use and how you come up with your numbers to do that job. Nice work keep up great work.
Very nicely done! What a mess you had to clean up! Great job. Love your channel, found you through Andrew. You guys work hard. Peace and Good Fortune to you and your family.
Hey Jesse great videos, thanks for sharing your work experience with us, by the way have you Andrew around, not seen any videos from him, is he all right?
This was the MAY.... OR..... MAY NOT.....BUT........PROBABLY WILL..... video......Loved it!!! Definitely getting better at the video narration Jessie......I'm liking your channel more and more. Keep up the good work Brother.
Nice clean-out, like never been anything there... :-D Weird thing with the powerline...Wiring underground would be a wise decision with all that trees around! As nice as his fibe glass insulation is, the disposal seems a real mess... Great job! :-D
You could still make a trailer out of it. 1/4 inch plate steel down the outside to box it in and it will hold more weight than you could imagine. Tripple 7000 pound axles and use the rest of the steel for the up rights of a gooseneck and extra cross members. Shit if your nervous put a torque tube in it. Shit would haul a house.
Great video I always enjoy them. I'm finishing up a 12k trailer myself from a mobile home frame. Its 16ft long and I have two dexter axles. Its been a PITA I should have just bought a trailer already made but no pain no gain right! i'm shooting some footage of the stuff i do, what editing software do you use?
Dangerous buggers ! Yeah I was following this trailer loader with steel and it hit a bump then this 6 ft tree trunk came flying out and went straight through my brand new cars grill !!!
Jesse...I am a new subscriber and I wanted to let you know, in a nice way, that I prefer Andrews videos over yours because you use a lot of music. I end up having to keep the volume control in my hand to turn the sound down for the music interludes. I really do prefer to hear you and Andrew talk and describe things (or let the machines make the noise in the videos) Keep up the great work!!
I usually turn the volume on the music about 8 decibels lower than everything else, but I think if the music if not your taste, it will always be too loud. thanks for watching
I’ll keep watching. I also never feel bad respectfully stating my opinions. You’re a good sport about it. Often, in Premier, I cut the TH-cam stock music by -20dB. It’s super loud. I appreciate that you even cared to adjust the volume!!! Sorry for all the replies...TH-cam mobile puked. I hope there is only one reply now.
I'd like to have that International as a daily drive. Make a front bumper out of 16 inch channel and write "I dare ya' " on it. I'd use it for occasional trips into Memphis. lol
Hey Jesse, I live in Ky and love your videos. If you can say. How do you charge for a mobile home demo. You mention a dumpster. Will a 20 yard one hold the material from that trailer.
My dump truck will hold 10 yards heaped up. my dump trailer will hold about 14 yards heaped up, and sits lower. 40 yard dumpsters here are like $800..but unless you fill it up with real heavy stuff, you can spend much less on the dump charges if you bring it yourself. I might have 40 yards from a trailer but it might only be 3 tons = $300 instead of 800. I charged 5k for this job
Great job Jesse. You really have your act together and know what you're doing. I real;y should have watched your entire video rather than make an unfair comment to you after only watching a couple minutes. I apologize again for coming off as a fool about the mask. As you were and please carry on. Thank you for sharing. Sonny (CT)
We have a 2.6 ton excavator in family - would that be strong enough to take down a 1000sqft rancher sitting on a 3 foot concrete foundation? Never done demolition before - just wondering if it can be done with time not being a major barrier. Just a bit worried about chimney stack and height at apex of roof.
just finished a 16x80 tore down using a 1972 loadstar with a 40k winch. Run cable through trailer start pulling let the carnage begin. Use bobcat to push the crap that will not burn into the sinkhole!! Cut Frame to pieces load on 16 foot cartrailer 8tpi sawzall demoblades cut it up like knife through butter
I have a single wide to destruct. It has roofing, the original looking stuff, white sheet type, with probably the white liquid roof goop added, 60 year old MH. The roof has wrinkles and is airy like poor fitted carpet. It has been determined to be Haz-Mat with asbestos. I have obtained permits to dispose of the haz mats. My question is Can I remove that roof with roofing shovels, or is it all stuck to the wood underneath? My plan, and per disposal application is to bag it all up in small quantities. Does anyone have any experience with this and what would be your recommendations. Thank you, today is 1/30/2023.
I am not too sure about that situation but it sounds like have the ambition to get it done by yourself. Would probably be very expensive to hire somebody, they make too big of a deal out of it. Just wear the right protection and go at it. I would cut across it with a skill saw every couple feet and rip out big chunks at a time, get them on the ground and then sort them out and bag
where i live i think the trailer park they are on a polls but any other place here where the home and land is owned by the same person the meter is on the home like any other house, thats how my double wide is, meter is on the side.
actually there is a disconnect right under the meter "same box" that can be locked, then inside i have your typical breaker box with its own main breaker. but i think i have also seen houses around with the same long box.

Great video Jesse I always enjoy yours and Andrews.
Cool, nice job. You really cleaned that place up.
To have a friend or neighbor like Jesse would be a true blessing..
like you said at the end, the frames are engineered to go with a completed house on top to prevent bending. They are more helper frame rails then anything
yea I tried to make a trailer from one, and ended up stopping after I figured out how they were engineered
Awesome video and job Jesse, love watching the jobs you do.
nice one Jesse enjoyed watching

Just found this channel (likely recommended after watching several hundred of AC's uploads). Beautifully produced and really like the explanation of what you were doing along the way. I'll always subscribe to channels featuring quality 4k footage.
Nice clean up Jess..
Superb quality job Jesse.
HAHAHAHA nice pleasant music then BAM! bucket thru side of mobile home. That cracked me up.
I loved that transition... :-D
im glad you thought the music was pleasant
When the bucket blasted through the wall it was like "honey, I'm home!"
Nice job 👍 that mower works cuts tall grass wow, love that drone footage, thanks for the video Peace
nice job, good luck on the competition. Did I see some old signs come out of that "barn"? Hope you saved those.
Those 14 by 70 trailers or whatever size it was the frames are decent for 2 car trailers not heavy stuff but cars. nice work.
I would love if you and Andrew would talk about how your price work. Not get into numbers specifically but talk about equipment use and how you come up with your numbers to do that job. Nice work keep up great work.
I do the same stuff in upstate ny and I charge amafp! Or around 100a hour
Geo Bert not looking for numbers but how to come up with cost for a job based on equipment used time ect.
@@Scott-Anderson Like how they price based on anticipated hrs?
“Ok.....I’m on this job today”
Oops wrong account.
jac3975 Lol!
jac3975 What?
Very nice video. Jesse.
I used the frame before to build a shed on top of worked out well
17:40 Nice Monarch, ready for the trip south for Winter I guess.
Very nicely done! What a mess you had to clean up! Great job. Love your channel, found you through Andrew. You guys work hard. Peace and Good Fortune to you and your family.
thanks
You should film those mobile home electric service installations. That would make for an interesting video.
Tiny homes! Great idea! I want to see those video's !
Looking forward to the tiny home videos with your Dad
I'm surprised you're allowed to burn at all. I assumed you'd have to take everything to the dump.
I look forward to your videos, thoroughly enjoy them
Tiny home competition...that would be an awesome series.
That'd make a nice house lot now.
Could you make a screener out of that trailer frame or too flimsy?
a screener would be a great idea if I dont do the tiny home, thanks
Jesse, please do make a small home with those frames. That would be a fantastic video. I'll be watching for it.
12:42. One freshly hatched butterfly. Neat!
What a mess to clean up! but you got it done.

..good demolition and clean up..
Great video Jesse. More ripping and tearing...
thanks
Jesse’ been taking editing lessons from Andrew! Thats a good thing! More cool, well done vids to watch!

good to hear that, I use premiere pro for editing
Love the sound of the crickets.
Those RZ masks are great
was that a Monarch butterfly.nice video,thank's
Yes, a nice Monarch.
Yes, it was and their numbers are declining. Their only food source is milkweed.
Nice piece of property looks great after you got done with the job.
Thank you very much. Great videos.
Dangerous buggers ! Yeah I was following this trailer loader with steel and it hit a bump then this 6 ft tree trunk came flying out and went straight through my brand new cars grill !!!

hyped for tiny house serie
4:57 that's the stuff nightmares are made of. lol
Nicely done!!
The tiny home thing sounds like some good content
looks a lot better great job
Easy work, when you don’t have to be careful... great job.. should have had Mike Roe there from “dirty jobs”
I wonder about how much u got for all that work? Don’t need to know exactly but a ball park wouldn’t nice
6k
Sounds about right. It pays to own a 35g and tandem.
I would have grabbed the kitchen sink and the outdoor light off the house before demo. Good to have an extra or sell online.
I'd like to have that International as a daily drive. Make a front bumper out of 16 inch channel and write "I dare ya' " on it. I'd use it for occasional trips into Memphis. lol
Nice work. 👌🏻
One more question, how long did it take you to get that done not counting the bush hogging.
I think 3 days but alot of that was transporting stuff to the dump
4:57 Good morning! Wake up!
9:42 A new tree species not recorded in the botany encyclopedia. called "Antenna tree"
THE SHINING "CAMARATA-STYLE"!!!!!

@@jmuller86 Sounds good Jesse - thanks for taking time out for that advice - appreciate it.
wonder how much did that all cost.. good job
4:58 Honey I'm home !!

If I was you, I could have sold that trailer pretty cheap and let somebody fix it up. If somebody could live in it instead of tearing it down.

How much did this cost? And where are you located?
5k , greene county ny
How much did you get for the aluminum
no much, maybe $80
Do you take samples of materials before you demo?
Im gonna be bidding on a 2 story house n I'm not sure what to figure for landfill. How many yards of materials did u end up getting from a trailer?
I don’t think I’ve seen a corn field in any of Andrews videos. Figured there wasn’t much farming in your area
yea theres a few, and actually this area is very close to Andrews, its less than 10 mins away
thanks
You sound like Andrew in some parts 👍
