Although I remembered watching this episode as a rerun in TBS...this was a two part episode by the way and I never recalled seeing that part we're Kelly removed the blazer for her colleages father in order to do just that.

The best Christmas 2 part episodes. The girl who played Laura was in the beginning scene in the movie Lean on Me.
