Sources point to the origin of Doogh as Persia (the earliest source dated back in the late 19th century) and Ayran as Turkey (the earliest description of such word/drink dated back to 1000 CE). Regional eats have similarities but sometimes it's hard to know the true origin of a specific type of food/drink even with written records.

Is it Oatmeal or Barley wheat? I think you mean Barley wheat with the skin
