First time watching. You’re so funny, dude! 😂
I’m subscribing for sure. Especially if you make some fun decks! Tired of the meta.

25:49 at this point it didint matter if they could bump your stadium or not. The effect states Pokémon with 2 or less energy cannot attack, and devolution is an attack. Your opponent simply refused to read.
Same thing happened when i played my tserena vanillite deck. My opponent forgot that they couldn't attack, didnt matter if you attached tm devo or not

Wait. Can someone explain why the opponent couldn't devo in that second game?

TM Devolution gives the Pokémon it's attached to access to an attack, which requires 1 colorless energy. The stadium in play, Pokémon League Headquarters, says that basic Pokémon (such as Munkidori) have to pay an additional colorless energy to attack. So the attack provided by TM Devolution instead costs 2, and the Munkidori only had 1 energy. That was the reason he was indicating when he said they needed a stadium (to remove Pokémon League Headquarters).
That said, I believe Walrein attacked the previous turn. Its effect applies to all of the opponents' Pokémon, even new ones they play, so the Munkidori actually couldn't attack even if it had a second energy. So there were actually two reasons it couldn't use it.
