長野県岡谷市にある、岡谷駅周辺を歩きました。
岡谷駅は、長野県岡谷市にあります。
塩尻駅の次の駅で、諏訪湖が近いです。
駅周辺は商業施設や飲食店、ホテルや映画館もあるのでそれなり栄えている印象はあります。
ただ駅前の好立地なララオカヤが店舗の相次ぐ撤退で閉店してしまったりと、街全体の負の面も多く見られます。
街としてはとても自然豊かで良い場所です。

精密機械工業の町、日本のスイス、岡谷ですね。
以前に、諏訪湖の湖上花火大会を見に行きました。
諏訪湖西岸水門（1:20:00)の天竜川の源流を見て感激した思い出があります。
天竜川に沿って走る飯田線に乗ってみたいです。
