@MannyFresco no, when I was there, people were cool AF to me. No one there was mentally Ill enough to be a complete prick to a stranger, that takes a real piece of shit.
People there are just trying to get by, not go looking for trouble like insecure keyboard warriors.
Hide behind your screen and talk shit on the internet, that's so bad ass, only real tough guys do that. Between being a third rate TH-cam comment troll and kissing your dad on the lips, how do you find time for anything else?
The Bronx is not that bad, I feel like people always record the bad side of the Bronx but don’t record the nice side of the Bronx. There’s places in the Bronx that makes me feel like I’m somewhere else super nice and clean.
Some of the most baddest hip hop came from the Bronx. Legendary status.
Thanks for uploading this! Was any part of this in Hunts Point?
No
for some reason rents round there still high as hell, hard to find something thats not at least 1k a month
MY TOWN where I was created I love it nothing like NEW YORK or BRONX I love this video thank you.
Living near the Rockies I don't know how people could even live so close like this. I'm good with my own personal 20 acres
Ya this dude need to drive around colfax and Aurora in Denver..he might just get what hes looking for
vasmajority45
The Rockies is trash I have a uncle that lives there with fifty acres and he’s dying to leave and come to NYC, that place is sooo fucking boring, and nothing but alcoholics, & retired dope heads who gained alil leverage in life and think their popping.. FOH lmaoooooo
One third of he Bronx acerage is parks, mostly big and varied. St. Mary's Park, a gem, is within walking distance of the streets in this video.
Wow no trees anywhere ...I'm from the Caribbean and in st Lucia there is luscious forest everywhere, the air is always cool and fresh
Concrete jungle out here KOZMoney this my hood

A far cry from what it was in 1982. There were vast expanses of broken brick, crushed mortar, and broken glass dotted with burned out buildings and demolished cars. I'd say it's at about 90% now. It's a testament to the perseverance and loyalty the people of SB have for their home. It's a beautiful thing to behold.
Justice for junior
What’s the average rent prices there I’m thinking about moving to south Bronx it looks like a nice friendly neighbourhood.
Fuck section 8 I want one of those nice looking condos.
The Bronx is not what outsiders think it is, there are really nice places in the Bronx where you can live
espartacos1 lol where? Besides uptown Bronx
What about where Jlo lived?
reckless exactly uptown dumasd
Heyyyy resident representing!
Omg my hometown 😭❤️😍
HI
I loved this. I'm from the Bronx and used to work in the South Bronx.
Bad boys, bad boys
Whatcha gonna do, whatcha gonna do
When they come for you. lol
AZ Girl here, never been to NYC...fascinated about life in such a massive urban environment!
In the first 60 seconds of this video 5 bodegas aka deli’s past by lol. I miss Ny lol, sick of driving 10 miles just to pick up a soda lol.
Born and raised in Harlem but i lived in the bx for 12 years right on 158 and melrose. the Bronx is more notorious for its urban decay while Harlem is way more crime heavy and tougher for sure
It was because harlem has been gentrified a lot
N.Y hoods are overrated, N.Y is one of safest city in the world, Paris and the suburbs are more dangerous, go to the suburbs of Paris at night, the projects are impressive, and looks more dangerous than U.S hoods
Whats wrong with you? Are you proud of your criminal shithole city you live in? I'm proud for living in a safe and Beautiful city.
@@sicksimeonsamurai8897, maybe what you're perceiving from his choice of words is that he's proud to have survived such an environment? Idk either way or the other but thought I'd throw it out there. ✌️
@@CyberDocUSA maybe your right.
That’s why they don’t immigration in Europe anymore

Neither.

+Myfartskills Moths I suppose I should have add /s.
Now why would Amazon want to come to this liberal City it might as well have went to California for all of that
Why are New Yorkers obsessed with deli meat
Cause we poor

I didn't see hardly any paper on the pavement nor the streets, THIS HOOD GOT SOME PRIDE.
Every residential person should want to keep their city clean, the paper haven't did anything to anybody to be throwed on the ground, LOL
YEP SHOUTS OUT TO THE NYC SANITATION DEPT and the residential people who care about their city, fr
What a lot of the suburb crowd here don't realize is that alot of hoods in other states VISUALLY look worst but NYC is more dangerous because of the DENSITY of people. There's constantly activity that you need to be aware of. I walked through parts of Philly that looked like a 3rd world country but I still felt safer then walking through Brownsville PJs. In NYC people get stabbed up, shot, hit by trains, accidents, all types of crazy shit all the time and the next day it's just another day. People just don't get it til their here. NYC is wild man.
Newyork is nowhere near dangerous. They do crime rate base on per capita and Baltimore, Detroit, Philly, Dc is way worst than any borough in NYC.
Not accuarte. In this neighborhood almost all the crime is in the projects. Not in the streets in this video. Most people there never experience violence.
Go to the North BX. Tremont, Fordham, Kingsbrige, Bedford Park.
Geo Gil not even a ghetto
Yea, ain't nothing going on up here. Up here is like White Plain, NY compared to the south bronx...
@@mindyourbusinessman6577 Until you walk just two blocks from the last stop on the 2 line and you're now in grimy Mt. Vernon 😂
My mother and father met in this neighborhood and got married here almost 70 years ago at St Lukes Church. It was an Irish neighborhood back then. The Bronx is back !!
"Bronx Tale" (Okay-Italians) captured the local color.
I’m From Mount Eden Shit mad crazy
Prole I worked in Bronx-Lebanon Hospital for 14 years.
Yo ctown is that shit it be comin in mad clutch 🤣❤️✅💯
Irie mon. Dis place reminding me of my hometown in Jamaica mon.
People saying this looks bad have no clue what The Bronx was like in the 80's. It was pure evil back then! The Bronx has been one of the most transformed and innovated boroughs in NYC in the last 40 years. An example of advance and innovation.
Street's are clean , U don't see trash everywhere and over grown lawns
Sheldon Latimer nobody got lawns in nyc😂
There's not a single blade of grass in most of NYC. Let alone lawns.
@@harrymaher7103 you must never been to Staten Island or Queens people do have grass in the front of the house

Where do you gas up at? We literally have a gas station in every corner, rare for a small town in Texas

Thanks for sharing! It seems like the deli type stores are mostly on corners up there, in my area of the south they are free standing.
