Personally, I'd have preferred to see this without so much colour grading - whilst I can understand the "need" to present a finished video, much of the imagery/colours just looked muddy.

With no fan and a such a small body, there reports that the camera and the card is heating up. How is this camera going to work out in the open in summer heat?

This video is exacly why Nikon is falling behind on there compeditors. In what universe is this colorgrade an advantage for the Z8? Like the kids say these days, was this filmed with a potato? I am trying to be a Nikon fanboy but you guys just again and again prove to me that you are not the future of cameras. Your marketing department is a joke. Its like they dont want to sell cameras at all. The Z8 is a top notch camera and the specs are amazing. But if you dont understand those specs you are not going to buy a Z8, you will buy an R5. And thats all becasue of your marketing. Its truly sad to see how you can fail over and over again.

I literally just came here to make note of this...the most amateur color grade i've seen in a while. Such a letdown for a beast of a machine. It's like they just slapped a cheap LUT on the footage and did nothing else.
