Hello Framer Team, First of all, I want to say that I love the recent updates. It's great to see Framer becoming so user-friendly for designers who might have worked with other tools before. However, I have a few wishes as a developer: Export and Import CMS Files: It would be fantastic to be able to export and import the created CMS files. This way, one could work on a system and easily share it between different projects or developers. Build and Integrate Custom APIs: I wish we could create our own APIs and automatically use them within the system. An API link or API string should be able to fetch data and automatically enter and update it in the CMS system. Certain Features for Free: Offering some features for free would improve accessibility for all users. Other than that, I think Framer is really great, and I look forward to future updates. Thank you and keep up the good work!
I agree. Framer is amazing and feels like photoshop for web devs. But Framer is severely limiting their platform to their hosting only, not being able to export code like WebFlow and not easily allowing for API integration with tools like HighLevel. Framer is AWESOME but needs some Saas tools or the ability to integrate these tools. My clients don't care about text variants, they care about lead capture, email automation, chat features, and analytics.
Framer feels like having a Ferrari in NYC.
All looks, very little real-world usability.

@@WhoFarted69 here is the plot twist, i coded a complete script with nodejs to export the whole framer website in code, with a explorer structure with fonts, assets, images, code snippets, js, mjs, and the server rendering files. all completly working fine.
so you can export it, but it needs a'lot of knowledge.
gotta love the passion of Framer's team pushing amazing update after update
not only that, but the updates they push are all well thought off in terms of usability and experience

I had to cancel using a font a while back due to lack of control of how the type would simple not align or was slightly above base - i will test the open type version - well done Framer team 🔥

This is great considering I'm working with footnotes. If you guys add some more functionality for footnote capabilities (especially copy/pasting from Word/PDFs), that would be awesome!

I was using sticky feature in framer, So I've to enable overflow to visible of entire frame to work, but I was also enabling horizontal scroll on my web page with a white blank section throughout the page because I scroll transformation animation in one of the section, but if in disabling overflow to hidden then sticky feature not working. Can someone please help regarding that????

This is fantastic! But it isn't super practical until there's a way to add subscript (or other modifications) to specific characters within a style.
For example if I have text that says, "We need to remove 10,000 pounds of CO2 by 2050," I want to make the 2 in CO2 subscript without messing with the other numbers. And if it's in a larger body of text with a style applied to it, this is nearly impossible.
you can select the "2" of co2 and add subscript to that alone

update the framer UI for people with eye strain issues, the UI font size is too small, we need customisation and not only dark and light mode . pretty please
I believe the app has dark/light mode. But you're right about sizing, HOWEVER that may also be a system issue.
