I think that there are certain milestones or events in life that were already planned to happen before we were born or picking this life we are living. Sometimes I don’t really believe in free will as the way most understand it to be. I also think that every single moment in life was already planned out as well. There are just too many daily dejavú moments and other indescribable events that happen for me to not think my life was already planned out.

But that just sounds like complicated words. The horoscope wheel is a bit of a distorted view of the heavens. Reverse for South-people down-under. Ascendant and Descendant being the points that rise and set (respectively). Which could be a bit further south or north from East/West depending on the time of year and your local latitude. But the vertext and anti-vertext are always due west and due east (respectively) if you look with a night sky rendering computer program that shows the ecliptic.
If you have fully raised Kundalini Shakti you have free Will, if not generally speaking you have not. In a sense you might say you can control the effects of Astrology by changing location and timing, and that is true. But whether you actually do or not is clearly dictated by the Natal Chart. For most, real free Will is a wonderful fantasy, but it's just that. We are all here to fulfil specific purposes, whether we like it or not.

In my solar return for this year ('21/22), my vertex (in Libra) is being transited by the ASC, Moon, Venus & Mercury in the 7th house. By some weird hand of fate, I met a Libra sun guy who I am now romantically interested in. To this day, I don't understand why I'm attracted to him and if this could do with fate - though the astrology begs to differ LMAO.
MY upcoming solar return ascendant is EXACTLY on my natal vertex, (my natal anti vertex is conjunct my natal moon also BTW) . I have read that this happens often when people die ! What is your take? The rest of the SR points more to a relationship with venus ,sun, mercury and mars in the SR 7th, woth venus and mars within a few degrees of natal.

i have my vertex and nn in leo both in the 7th house and my vertex is trine jupiter and other aspects i dont remember. i have artistic persuits im planning to start going after this month. would that make the road easier when it comes to recognition? my north node is quintile my sun and trine pluto, from what i remember there was more.. according to astro.com but not astrotheme. i also have my venus in there which has to do with my artistic persuits so i guess that would make things easier. im thinking of getting a chart reading :)

It's a point in the sky on the ecliptic (or on the ecliptic below the horizon in some cases), where the due West direction meets it.

I didn't became or even ran for President when Pluto passed my Vertex. Then again, I was a month short of becoming 11. ;)
