So many times, you'll see both Vertexes being conjuncted or strongly aspected by planets that represent what the relationship will become.

I experienced a very karmic relationship with someone whose Venus and Moon tightly opposed my Vertex and whose North Node conjuncted my Vertex. My Vertex is in Cancer, and it's in my 8th house with my moon too. There's this guy I fell for that has his venus, mercury, and sun in tight opposition to my chart's Vertex! It's really amazing and I feel like something did pull me to him. But, he is living overseas right now, and yet I have not forgotten him at all. There are many semisquare saturn aspects between us so perhaps that is why I can't be with him right now lol?? One of these days, I should really do a reading! Love the vid :)

So true! In a crisis situation I go to my south node in Gemini, which is to want to surround myself with lots of friends and people. Maybe that's made this feel even more difficult for me during this "plandemic" situation, as I was full on doing my north node in Sagittarius, in hermit mode in an isolated area. As much as I enjoy my alone time, something in me has felt very threatened by this whole stupid virus situation.
Very interesting topic. I learnt that having vertex conjunct the dsc in a composite chart is indicative of a fated relationship and I have had two such with the progressed composite showing these especially. Like you I have Libra north node (6H conj Scorpio DC and Neptune!) and I currently reverting to the south node to protect myself. My 6th/12th houses are intercepted and natal Mars is 10 degrees away from the south node.
Understanding the astrology is key to learning and I thank you for sharing your knowledge which is made all the easier by your Venusian nature.

My natal chart lacks earth, and for the first time I am building something with someone... We have been together for almost 3 years and that's a century for me. I admire this person a lot, they have taught me a lot about effort, work and being patient with one another, about being a team and working together. This is the 2nd video I've watched that belabors the north and south nodes yet doesn't discuss the anti-vertex. I get why we'd use the nodes as a comparison but it's odd IMO to not even mention the anti-vertex. Just my thoughts... maybe I'll make my own video about it LOL

Hi!! I know these videos are almost ancient as far as TH-cam goes, but our vertex’s are in conjunction by 2 degree orb, we have the same rising sign so for both of us it’s falling in cancer, and neither of us has any plants in this sign at all. Can you give me any insight on this?
check ur composite chart and see where it falls. check what house cancer is for both of you and see what planets fall in each others cancer house. also cancer associated with 4th house. so check if you guys have any 4th house synastry. also cancer is ruled by moon. check moon synastry. also jupiter is exalted in cancer. check jupiter synastry. also check how moon and jupiter and cancer is in each of ur own individuals. hope it helps
We are all over the charts with our aspects. Our vertexes are both in Libra. My Jupiter conjunct his vertex. The day we met, the sun was on his vertex exact and mine 8 orbs. Chart ruler in Libra is Venus. His Venus conjunct my sun. Also our North Nodes exact conjunct the day we met. Mine was NN return.

My divine masculine north node is in Cancer in the in the 7th house and my north node is in Capricorn in the 3rd house.
He's a Capricorn ascendant/Taurus son and I'm a Libra ascendant/sun.
I'm a Leo moon and he's a Scorpio moon. I also my venus is in Scorpio and his venus is in Gemini.
We definitely help each other grow and ascend. I loved him from day one and love him even more now.

His Eros is conjunct my vertex (which is also conjunct my descendant), his psyche is on my sun-moon midpoint. I hear asteroids are important too, but there’s not much info on it?

So this synastry is very interesting:
* her Vertex Ruler (Moon) conjuncts his Vertex Ruler (Jup);
* in the same time there is a mutual Vertex/Ascendant conjunction;
* her chart Ruler is Jupiter and his chart Ruler is Moon, hence the familiarity with the overall energy of eachother.

I have had what’s felt like an unhealthy connection with someone for almost 2 years now. There are TONS of emotions between the two of us, but it’s always been like he tries to brush them away and mask them all the time. Which has lead to a LOT of turbulence in our “situation.”
I finally dug into astrology for answers. While on the surface we have MANY positive aspects such as our suns and moons are trine, Venus’ sextile, Mars sextile (the passion is off the charts.) But I started looking deeper. We have tons of conjunctions, trines and sextile in Pluto and even Lilith amongst the other planets. Quite a few.. but what I’m continually perplexed with are the north and south nodes, my vertex and my descendent.
His South Node is conjunct my Sun, Mercury and Mars.
His North Node is conjunct my moon by 2 degrees and my North Node is conjunct his moon as well.
Then I found my Vertex is in my 7th house and it is ALSO conjunct his sun by 2 degrees.
Which finally led me here where I now see my descendant conjuncts his Venus and my descendant is in my 7th house... 🤦♀️
Decoding this relationship has become my LIFES MISSION! Why am I so DRAWN to him? And why am I having such a hard time letting him go??! I was married for 17 years and it didn’t compare. This guy has been the MOST significant partner so far. Where can I learn more?? 🙏🏼

What if I did a synastry chart between my birth chart and the day and time (I remember almost down to the minute) I met my boyfriend? My vertex is conjunct the transiting vertex of the time I met my bf. Does that count? Or should it be a planet conjunct vertex? My vertex was also conjunct the transiting north node, and opposite transiting south node, 3 degrees off. For the Love of Pants well in all 3 of them i experienced intense growth and an expansion of love, but i never got into an exclusive relationship with any of them. they were all unrequited pretty much, whether it was me or them having strong feelings. actually in one of them, the guy was very much into me to the point of unhealthy idealization, and we fought a lot so it wasnt all happy and roses haha.. eventually the feelings went away and 2 of them i dont talk to anymore. But one stayed in contact, we actually still talk to this day, and we have only gotten closer. its a bit terrifying, in a good way. LOL however.. i dont know if we will get together in that way since we live miles apart right now, we are still young and growing into our own paths and identities... but it definitely has feelings of hidden romance and potential :) if we had met irl instead of online im sure we wouldve been a couple

My Vertex is one degree from my Saturn in the fifth, I have a friend I am meeting from Japan, her Sun/Moon midpoint is exactly on my Vertex.
Her DC Ruler Mars 13 degrees Scorpio 1st house conjuncts my 5th house Scorpio at 13 degrees.
Her North Node Ruler Venus conjuncts my Neptune.
My North node Ruler Mars conjuncts her Jupiter and trines her Chiron and Ascendent.

I’m confused what all of this means. I am a Pisces sun Virgo moon and Virgo vortex and my ascendant is Aquarius. Does that mean I should be with a Virgo ? Or
No thats not what the vertex means. The vertex and antivertex are fated encounters. When someones personal planet or angles hit your vertex you encounter closely conjunct or in-conjunct thats often a fated meeting. It can mean you meet just once or it can be more permanent. The only thing it really tells you is its fated. Vertex is more unexpected, anti vertex is more something youve already hoped for. Remember if for instance someones planet is inconjunct your vertex that means it is conjunct your anti-vertex (and vice versa).
My vx in 6th is conjunct pluto. I really wonder if it’s a ghost & not a living being. Also random but I looked at Beyonce’s chart ( she has a 12th h stellium like me) and we have VX in 1st house synastry both ways 🤔. Currently I have a lot of transit Vx squares even to pluto

Imagine a clock. Instead of a birth chart. If the clock was the zodiac (in the sky), start at 9:00 and go counterclockwise. The location of 9:00 represents the eastern horizon. AKA your ascendant or rising sign. Opposing that is “3:00” AKA the descendant. Sort of like the western setting sun. The other key points are “6:00” and “12:00”. The bottom and top of the chart - the imum Coeli (IC), and the midheaven (MC).

metaphorically, since people seem confused. Each five minutes is one of the twelve “houses,” or areas of life. So if my rising is Scorpio, that’s my first house at 9. If I have Mars and Pluto in Scorpio, they fall into my first house. Basic explanation lol.
