Why is the plot dimensions width 65 feet and not the typical 70 or 80 feet, which is already tight to begin with. I was hoping your second phase was going to be more on those lines, but there must be a reason for going the route you chose. Please shed some light on that for me if you can. Hi residents can build the house.designs they want however the design needs to be approved first we also have pre approved designs that residents can choose from however the wall/fence design is strictly by our specifications to keep the estate semi- cohesive. I’m very interested, my only question is if I buy some land from y’all , is the land mine or do I have to revisit a lease term in 50 years ? I’m not looking to rent land for and extended period of time or build my forever on something I will have to negotiate or pay for again in my senior citizen era ….. I’ve always heard that foreigners can’t buy land they only can lease land. I don’t know how the ownership works with condos or prebuilt houses
Lands in Ghana are almost always sold on a lease basis
