Late to the party, but how about a simple custom, just for the Neon mining store? An "Extended Mag", "Rapid", "Titanium" Cutter? Or tweak it further if you want. As long as it hits faster, fires longer, and has low mass, my ammo-less Burn Cutter build will thank you. **Frowns** Actually, look more into the Cutter's ammo type. Just giving high damage, long range weapons Infinite Ammo at the cost of recharge time might be fun in and of itself.

I was talking about the Neon version. He finally showed up after waiting for 24 hours, but I had to reset the game. Currently, he only speaks. I'll wait and see if it sorts itself out. Some other mods have started working after being installed for some time.
