Thank you, this video was helpful for me understanding how thyroid hormones affect the liver. I have hashimoto's hypothyroidism and my liver seems to be affected according to my AST, GGT and direct bilirubin. I would love to understand how hypothyroidism affects the liver or the other way around.

Hello, I m taking thyroid medicine for 3 years regularly. Now my liver is having problem like jaundice . Will my liver work in future if I keep continuing the thyroid medicine?

Thank you, this explains why the atp levels are high in the blood stream, because the th had to use a back up plan, so I need glucose? To help my liver in turn helping my th?

My all thyroid markers are good and my scans are good but I over took iodine some time ago and this switch on my antybodies high and from that time my alt is staying elevated even rest markers for liver is good..alt is reduced if I’m taking alt ivs but I’m tired of this😌no idea what to do

My question is if you have high TSH and high direct bilirubin, can those be correlated?

If you have diagnosed hypothyroidism with high TSH and low t4, can that impact conjugated bilirubin, if all other blood tests are normal?
