I love the authenticity and really appreciate the real-time commentary throughout your round. It’s such a valuable way to capture those fleeting thoughts and emotions. I often look back at old scorecards wondering what was running through my mind on the course-this approach adds so much depth and context that’s usually lost over time.
This is very true. When I start to struggle I do go back and rewatch some of my better rounds just to see if I can pick up on what I was doing or what mental space I was in that allowed me to play my best. Golf is hard!
Playing tonight after work, been a while since I played an after work round, but it's finally decent weather here. Probably going to be playing some mediocre golf myself. Guess I should have brought my camera gear 😆Brutal ending...
TH-cam golf does weird things to you! You point out 2 different shots from the 9th and my thumb from the 3rd hole. Both shots from the tee ended up in places I rarely, or have ever, ended up and don't particularly want to be. But when I walked up to both shots and set up my camera I was like "YEAHHHH!!!" It's sort of the ultimate hate it/love it shot. The tension between trying to actually put good golf on film while also maybe hitting into a spot that makes for a great thumb is real!
@@MikeGolfsOregon TH-cam has pretty much ruined my brain. But I've always been into photography/videography, so kinda works out a little. If u ever wanna kick around thumbnail ideas or analytics you can message my email on my channel page. ✌️
What are your golf goals for this season and how are you progressing (or not) towards them?

Brutal endings are my golf specialty. Good luck tonight, and yes, you should have gone in prepared to record.
Thank you 🙏
No problem. See you out there!
Envious of your silky smooth swing
Ha! I'm not sure there are very many swing coaches or golf instructors who would agree with you, but thank you!
framing on the approach into 9 was beatuiful with the water and houses in the back. THUMBNAIL QUALITY!

That would be cool. I think thumbs are actually fun to work on, but I'm pretty sure that doesn't mean I'm good at them. I'll hit you up.
