As always, my man Bawk never disappoints me, I really like the Tier List.
My favorite Saddler moment was the one mentioned; the senior moment line. the laugh he does is just fantastic; "OH! ohhohoho!" It was so genuine like he legitimately thought Leon's jab was funny and fully enjoyed their back and forths. I feel like that line alone kinda fleshed him out a little.
Sadly they cut like all interaction between the two in the remake
@@MrKozakeyea one of the remakes biggest flaws is all the cut calls with the antagonists. salazar and especially saddler feel very generic in the remake
William Birkin is my favorite.
Not only is he a cool transforming boss throughout the game; story-wise he is pretty much the entire reason for the Racoon City incident.
He’s character is so bland
Didn't we find out in 0 that he's pretty much just a plagiarist fraud who stole Dr. Marcus's research and passed it off as his own though?
@@fjorgyn7438 Sure, but those Umbrella agents shooting him, causing him to do the only thing that will save him by injecting the G virus causes the whole entirety of RE2, RE3, and Outbreak

I found Jack with his taunting and like silly anger to be very frightening. I love him. And in the scene where he talks to ethan on the ship, i actually teared up

Crimson Head's are my favorite Resident Evil enemies. The first encounter with them is the biggest wtf moment for me, hands down. They are fast, they hit hard, and they only show up if you don't burn bodies. CH also have really good sound design when it comes to their moans and claw swipe sounds.
54:36 Hey Bawk, the T-078 Tyrant model was used for combat training in Rockfort Island, that's why it doesn't have claws, it only grows them after receiving enough damage to break its limiter
I think a remake Grave digger coulda became a really dynamic boss, imagine him snaking through a building you were in or him popping out of the ground. OOH maybe a multi stage arena where he pops out of the ground and he actually makes tunnels that you can go in yourself.
A few missed opportunities in that remake. I thoroughly enjoyed the game but as a remake I can’t help but feel disappointed; not only grave digger, but where were the damn spiders??
@@thefourshowflip Spiders? Lol, I almost forgot RE3 had them. They first cut content like Crows and Spiders in RE2, but people give it a pass no questions asked.

Personally, I never played RE2 more than a few minutes back in the day. It’s the only numbered game I’ve never played to any significant degree, so I didn’t even realize those elements were missing, and it didn’t feel like anything was either, which I can’t say for nemmy (but I’m a bit biased since RE3 on psx is tied for my favorite game with RE1 remastered)...felt like a good chunk was missing
Yo Bawk, please do a tier list of RE characters too! Like Leon and Kendo and Richard Billy the merchant etc and grade it on design, story, and quotability and upload it here haha.

Cameron is awesome! She's basically "The Thing" and she was never caught, so she's still somewhere out there if they ever consider her cannon.
I wish RE3R made Gravedigger like a Graboid from Tremors. The Gravedigger can track based on where you are moving and the key to beating him is to fire a mine round away from you. When it blows up the Gravedigger will pop up to investigate the explosion and you hit while it's in the air. Acid rounds should still be it's weakness a throwback to the original. When I was chomping at bit waiting for the park that never came. I was just imagining an open park to fight gravedigger.

There should be a standalone mercenaries game with all the characters and alot of the best monsters and bosses from the franchise.
Feel like chainsaw majini lost their touch in 5, less intense than the Salvador in 4. Chainsaw takes way too long to wind up, and they nerfed the death animation.
As someone who enjoys replaying 5 way more than 4, I can agree with this. Never much liked the 5 chainsaw majini except for the fight against 2 in the oil area
@@NemesisS.T.A.R.S yeah, like the only time I consider them a real threat is when they stand back up after being downed and swing wildly, otherwise they just exist lol

Verdugo are essentially the super refined spiritual successor of the Chimera from 1 but with Plagas controlling them. They're human/insect hybrids with high intelligence.
Dr. Cameron was honestly kinda terrifying though lol
I think this list could have benefitted from a sub ranking system where instead of just SS, S, A etc, you could have had A+/A-, B+/B- etc to help make more confident decisions on the enemies you were more torn on. IMO, of course.
Baby from Village is definitely S tier. Predictable? Yes. Not an actual boss? Yes. Scary? More like abject moral terror that develops PTSD.
They missed to that I can think of pre re8, the robots that Krauser uses and Super Dr Elsavador

Nemesis and Alpha hunters are my favorite enemies.
The iron maiden isn't just a reskin. Unlike the normal regenerator, they pull leon in and there spikes instantly kill you. So id say it still has a spot on this list. Imo
I’d personally have Birkin in S+ with nemesis other than that top list 👌

Jack Baker the most successful resi villian actually killed the main protagonist without having a you died screen pop up
To be fair he killed an average joe that is not too bright in the head.
@@yrh002b8 true point tbf ethan isnt trained in anything really compared to most protagonist but still I say he the best because jack Baker actually got the kill unlike majority of previous antagonists and plus jack just played with ya abit made it fun

They used Serbian words for some enemies:Rasklapanje(Dismantling),Oko(Eye),Ubistvo(Murder),Ustanak(Uprising),Haos(Chaos),Ogroman(Huge),Iluzija(ilusion),Gnezdo(Nest).
Hunter from RE1 needs to be on S+. The way they introduce it in the original RE1 is terrifying and epic
