    is there a way to provide a read only view for this workspace? Ive tried creating a new role mimicing only the read only ACLS for the evt_mgmt_user role

      Hi Tommy - nothing out-of-the-box would support a read only view from what I know about the application. It requires the evt_mgmt_operator role per the documentation here: docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-it-operations-management/page/product/service-operations-workspace-itom/task/install-sow-itom.html. In theory you could re-create the workspace as read-only in UI builder but that would be a tall task in my opinion.
