Can this complete integration be done just from the ADO side without having to do anything on the SNOW side? What I mean is we have a service account in snow which is setup as per the requirements to create a change record, what I am trying to find out is if we use gates or yaml in the ADO to create a SNOW change record and also have the prod release not deploy until the change record is approved. If this can be done I would love to personaly connect with you to see how this can be done if possible and I would really appriciate all you inputs.

@justin , I am not able to add the reports to the dashboard as it is not showing in the list. If you could help that would be great, I am trying to add the report which i created to the new dashboard , when i am trying to add it via dashboard it shows to add data visualization but my report is not in the visualization

Just in to give my .02 on the C:\ question. Personally, since this is a dedicated server for a single service, I think putting the install files in the root of C:\ is good instead of burying them in Program Files or somewhere else. Makes it easy to find the files for integration with other services or troubleshooting.
