1:35 shinomiya having too much bloodlust she forget to avoid banga ult and eat it as it is. kohaku voice reminding to avoid banga ult is muzzled by the noisy sfx sound pathy ult has faster speed than moving by foot which is easier to pick on by bloodhound scan even in smoke, going by zipline also avoid banga ult which is less damage. the question is which direction to zipline to not get easily shot down from below
> the question is which direction to zipline to not get easily shot down from below It doesn't matter, they just have to go above them and I think Kohaku knew it. The moment they got the first down , whoever was low needed to heal and in that timing they needed to have the zipline ready to ape them. There's literally no other choice, they cannot go back at all since they couldn't go up the hill no matter what. They downed the bloodhound but by the time the frontline (Shinomiya) got any shots after that initial down on a enemy she hit a bloodhound that was **FULL HP** not to mention the 3rd person on the enemy team was also 1 hp so they HAD to try to heal while the only healthy member of the enemy team (Bangalore) ulted, smoked, and went for the res, so actually, there's not a person that could have shot them at all. I think the bigger problem, and this not only applies to Shinomiya's team but for most team is that they get in a very different mindset because it's "a tournament format" so they play very passive and try to really wait for the "IGL's order" before doing anything, but what that results in these edge fights is you just give the enemy squad time to regroup. Even in professional play, teams sometimes treat these zone edge fights as literal ranked matches because they know that, either way you're taking this fight, so you either win it clean, or at least win it so you get some KP before getting 3rd partied.
Ah this was the game where dtto was at the top of that hill and managed to hold them off by herself, which delayed them enough for Gorilla to come in and hit them from the back.

pathfinder is just not the legend at the cost of a recon, and they're very uncoordinated in day 1 like just in this clip you can see how far kohaku and ren were when Shinomiya pushed. that fight would've been free if they pushed together day 2 they look much better after removing pathfinder for BH, and are winning 3v3s(I think they only lost once in a clean 3v3 after swapping to BH) their deaths are from getting shot at by 3rd parties, getting 1 member sniped down due to standing in the open and being stuck at bad positions like being sandwiched and shot at by 2 teams tbh, if they just use cypto instead of BH a lot of their positioning issues will be solved. like you can drone out the entire area to know where exactly are the enemy teams hiding to avoid getting sniped at angles you don't expect or to plan ahead to know if the area you're going to rotate into is good, it even allows for safer rotation because with the info from the drone you can smoke the enemy instead of yourself when rotating.
What tournament is this for? Kohaku with VSPO members ey 🤔. Interesting, im so used to seeing her with Dtto, Doki or Rpr. Thanks for the clip man, i think this team will go far!
I think the core problem of this group is, there's no actual IGL. Each one of them tried IGL-ing , but none of them could actual lead. I've watch a thousand hours of Kohaku streams and this isn't Kohaku's normal stream. She's so quiet and missing her giggle.
Runa can actually igl but she's extremely hesitant to do so and she gets too quiet when she needs to speak. Kohaku clearly can't main igl since her experience is mostly in ranked. You can tell runa can igl because after they wipe she immediately tells them why and what happened exactly
Rooting for this team and all the vspo members ngl this year's vsaikyou is gonna be something

Yeah, Shinomiya sounds a bit hesitant and nervous. Good luck to them~
ren-kun new model is very cute and hot
yeah i dont understand either, i mean shinomiya is pretty good at apex, she has kind of hinano level, kohaku was insanely godlike as a dtto

just wondering why they cant go higher. i mean, akirose is purely newbie, but akirose team can go higher than shinomiya team
