Scott got to be a lead singer of this band who is Guns n' Roses without Axl. He got to be the lead singer of The Doors for a one night show. He was the singer of Stone Temple Pilots through their best years. Legend.

Ese recital me acuerdo que después de Velvet Revolver tocaba Aerosmith. Terminaron estos nos dejaron con ganas de dos horas más. Cuando salió Aerosmith me fui al fonde...no quería saber mas nada. Todo bien con Aerosmith....pero estos la rompieron mal ese recital.

@MrCloudseeker I haven't seen Jim doing crazy stuff Scott did with Velvet Revolver, most of the shows I've seen Jim was just standing still near the mic. I am not much a Scott fan, i prefer singers who can sing well on live more than 1-2 times a year, but his unique personality is thing that has to be mentioned.

Todos estaban en su mejor momento carajo que dioses , slash con ese toque característico, brutal y un poco más pesado que ahora en actualidad, el bajo de duff demoledor y con estilo, matt pegándole más fuerte a la batería y con más garra que en guns, dave la segunda guitarra, metiendo rítmicas muy buenas y uno que otro solo y pega muy bien con el estilo de slash. Y la leyenda Scott Weiland dejando todo en el escenario, haciendo pequeños screams cada que puede además afinado y cambiando algunas pequeñas notas en las canciones sin duda haciéndolas más únicas de lo que son en los discos, ningún otro frotman como scott, hace falta más bandas como velvet revolver en la actualidad sin duda. 🔥
Lo recuerdo como si fuera ayer. El momento de Wish you were here me quedo grabado a fuego. Mucha gente abrazada, mucha gente llorando... Una, dos, tres generaciones representadas en una sola cancion. Lo mas jóvenes totalmente atónitos de lo que estaba pasando... Era Velvet Revolver robandose el show. Yo tambien lloré

Nah,sorry but it wasn't a good time for music,two great bands and 20 000 crap ones don't make it a good time for music. The 60s,70s ,80s were great times for music,i could writes lists of great bands rather than just naming two . It started dying in the 90s and by the 2000's there were hardly any good bands except the ones that had started earlier and were still going.
It's such a shame what's happened to rock and roll,all the legends are dying off,The Stones will need wheelchairs soon and every proper rockstar is 50+
Real talent, writing and performing music has been replaced by churned out corporate crap,which is produced for the marketed ' talent ' 😂 who doesn't even have to play an instrument or with the help of auto tune doesn't even need to be able to sing as long as they look right.
It's such a shame what's happened to real music, these guy's ( except Scott r.i.p ) are all closer to 60 than 50,in 20 years I doubt they'll be a rock star/band left on this planet and that makes me sad

Como un fanático que llegó tarde a disfrutar a los Guns, me perdí los recitales del 92/93 por ser muy chico. Ese día vi a Slash, Duff, Matt y (y Scott) por primera vez.
No me olvidaré más el grito de desahogo al comienzo del recital, la adrenalina y la lucha constante por llegar adelante y la locura cuando tocaron temas de GnR.
Cuando terminó el recital estaba absolutamente roto, y encima luego tocaría Aerosmith por más de una hora....
