I was beyond fortunate to see these guys four times between 2004 and 2008. I cherished each show like it was going to be my last time seeing them, because I knew their time was probably short-lived. I've seen dozens of great shows over the years, but the VR shows were always amongst the best. A powerhouse lineup that would kick ass for 90 minutes, a lot of times in smaller venues. Great memories.

Saw VR at The Palace of Auburn Hills in Michigan back in 07 I think it was. I've seen a lot of live shows, but nobody else has come close to the sound quality of that performance. It was perfect. Crystal clear, and full separation between the instruments. Weiland was the skinniest I've ever seen him, but good god was his voice strong and powerful. It's a shame they only made 2 albums.
