Recaro Trendlines in the Clio 172 - Episode 1 - Start of the Superfast blogs!

- After about 2 weeks, I've managed to edit and finish the video of getting my Recaro seats in the Clio (I know, super slow, but I'm learning).
Hopefully this can help someone doing this the first time, or maybe you'll find some entertainment watching me struggle.

Lovely seats, I had some of those exact recaros in my old clio. They have that cool lumbar pump on the side, reminded me of Reebok Pumps from back in the day. Great video , subscribed.
Ah I didn't realise that, the first set of Honda Recaros had a fan in the base which I assume was to keep your arse cool! They're a million percent better than the stock seats so I'm a happy boy! Thanks Gus

Yeah it's not bad, I did have to play around with it as if you bend it too much it doesn't lock the seat on the rails, but now it has a decent lift to move them back and forth and keeps the seat in the rail.
A more precise tool, a hammer. God knows what you make of a micrometer then! 😅

On the Clio forums there is a guy who sells them called Jon Foss. He might come up with a google search but if you're on the forums its worth sending him a message.
Are these seats foldable for passengers to go to the rear seat ?
Unfortunately they are not, I found though with them adjusted for my height to be in a comfortable driving position that there was no room for passengers in the back anyway. I have had passengers in the back with my seat forward and they can be tilted forward enough to get in and out but these are from a four door car so don't have the fold function built in.
