Hello everyone!
Welcome to a week in my life vlog! This past week has been very exciting because I have a few new updates for you all that I've been dying to share.. We officially were able to start moving into our new weekend getaway home in Joshua Tree!! I've already been getting some questions over in my dm's about if Max and I are moving into this house permanently, and the answer is no (as much as we'd like to lol), we are still living in LA as that is where our work and life is for the majority of the time! This place in Joshua Tree is for us to getaway out of the city once in awhile when we feel the need to escape the chaos that big cities like LA tend to bring. We've been going back and fourth of getting our very own place somewhere that we could maybe rent out to friends for the weekend or host wellness getaways in the future for others, and once we found this place in the desert we could NOT resist it. The desert has been our safe place to go for quite sometime now since it is quiet, peaceful, and close by to us in LA. I absolutely cannot wait to share more about our new place when I finish decorating and renovating it!
With that being said, it has been more of a slower week for me than usual work-wise. I always feel towards the end of the year when the holidays are approaching, I try my best to take intentional time to slow down and make sure to spend time with friends and family. I wanted to share (as much as I can right now) that I will be shifting some things with Soul Sync Body, and have some new things coming to the platform that I am SO excited about! We are in the process of seeking some new faces who would have interest in personalized coaching from myself and Soul Sync Body, and I would love to extend this invitation to all of you! In a sense, this would be open to individuals who are committed to diving into their wellness journeys and are dedicated to showing up for themselves each day. Katsu, Love Him So Much!!! Congratulations on your new home!!! Love your hair!!! Also wanted you to be aware that having Katsu around other dogs isn't advised. Like boarding, groomers, and even the Vet. Something worse than kennel cough is affecting dogs, and there not sure what is causing it. Just Love You guys so much. Does your husband climb/boulder at all? It is quite popular there, and for great reason. It is such a peaceful area. Also, I suggest to camp at some point for beautiful views of the stars. Breathtaking!

Thank you SO much, Morgan! So i've actually had an Oura Ring for awhile now, I just lost mine so I needed to get another one haha. I LOVE it! I've found that it tells me so much about my sleep and rest (which is what I mainly wanted to track) but I find it's so much accurate than other apps or trackers. It has so many more health features as well!
How often do you cook?
I try to cook at least 1-2 meals at home every day! But depending on what I have going on for that week, it may be less!
