Thanks for your comment ! Ah - I can see what you’d think it was only a 1 car. This is the way 3 car garages in construction homes in our area. The main 2 car garage is side load and offers direct access from the home. The 3rd car is the only portion that’s front load and is only accessible from the driveway.
