I think that is when the dragon is shooting and the ball of the same team touch the release button, that stop the shoot

Nope, the video would’ve been too short if red got to release the 25mil, so they stopped it from happening
When the release button was pressed while red was releasing the 2.5 million, it caused it to stop. So the release button technically works as an on and off button

The shots were stopped each time the RELEASE was tapped again,, check that time stamp again and see that the release got pressed again when red stopped
