    I think it makes you look at least something in your mid to late 20's. It's a great tool.
    I just bought a regular one today. But the version you sell with the vibration and heat sounds very neat too. And I personally think $250 is a great deal for that. If we just consider how great it feels, and what it does for the body.
    Thanks for the vid 🙏

    Years back, my healthy husband developed a fever and a lump on his breastbone. We went to an MD who literally said, take 2 aspirin and call me in the morning. After going into the hallway and loudly demanding to immediately see another doctor, who also had nothing of value to offer, I took him to my chiropractor. He told me some foods and supplements to give my husband. He only improved slightly. After 2 weeks, I let my father in law know. He came over with some old silver coins and Chinese oils, like white flower oil. He scratched my husband's back up and put the oils on and then applied suction cups. He got better about a week later.

    Good god! I've come to realize how treating fascia adhesions is the most significant thing in my treatment and I've been scraping and scraping like a maniac with my bare hands and fingers unsustainably to the point of almost giving up. I started looking into printing something like rubber knuckle dusters to use as scrapers ( of which I haven't heard till today when I looked into it)... and now I found this and it looks like all I've been dreaming of! Thank you so much!

    Hi! Thanks for sharing this info =] wondering: how does one enter into learning these therapy techniques? Have found great relief working on myself and would love to learn more. Is there a way to get into this without a 4 year degree? (Am in my mid 30's, no college degrees, working in production)

    what's the outlook for scar tissue that came from a muscle tear? I injured my forearm (medial side) multiple times and want to know if I'm gonna be able to one day use it like a normal person again without reinjuring it easily (for example, for using the computer, sports, etc.).

    Do you have a video that addresses muscle trauma that has scared and atrophied?
    After a hip Replacment and pelvis fabrication through 3 Reconsteuctive surgeries from an accident the hips, tensor/rectus muscles have scarred into long thick rolls. With self physical therapy I’ve been able to strengthen my leg so I can lift and walk up the stairs and doing resistance training, message, and tens to work it out while doing resistance Pilates. I’m working toward the goal of yoga but want to get my leg to the point in which I can do some of the more common stretches and positions without weakness or self adjusting with hands. How do I break that heavily scarred leg muscle up?
    I believe the level of original atrophy is called sarcopenia similar to what elderly contend with except a massive amount of scarring. Also had a life threatening MRSA infection in these same muscles. Taken almost a decade to walk again. Any advise in accelerating self treatment is appreciated.

      Silk worms 🪱
      Serrapeptase or serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme that breaks down some proteins (not all) into their simple building block, amino acids.
      Serrapeptase also works like a machine that breaks the proteins into amino acids that are further used in another process. It is obtained from the bacteria Serratia marcescens (present in the intestine of silkworms)

    • @RehabRevive
      @RehabRevive  ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Thanks not always. I like to think massage guns create a pliable muscle belly but doesn't rip adhesions up

    • @Mrs.blt84
      @Mrs.blt84 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      I find that massage, massage guns and any other method that applies pressure may feel great but the fascia is being pressed down reinforcing it’s hold on the muscle and continues to hold the muscle where it is. Scraping the superior tissue breaks down this adhesion and increases circulation to the area and allows the muscles to return to a relaxed state.
