    I could not believe I am sharing it here.
    Struggling with anxiety is never easy.
    I lost my mom 15 years ago. It was so sudden and traumatizing.
    I started seeing ghosts more vividly too and I have experienced sleep paralysis almost every single night.
    It made me so anxious that I never want to go to sleep anymore.
    Life had also thrown countless problems to my family.
    I started to get drowned in waves of pain and in the ocean of insecurities.
    I hated my reality. I have lived a life of fears, hate, isolation, and endless doubts.
    One morning, I decided to break free from my destructive shell.
    Slowly, I found healing through Jesus.💕
    Meditation and music have also helped me big time..🌻
    It's not easy. It took time.
    And with these, I have learned to calm my thoughts and ground myself more.
    I know you clicked this video for a reason.
    I claim that you'll eventually learn to calm your thoughts.
    To let go of the worries and battles that drain your soul.
    To heal at your own pace.
    To be the master of your mind, and not be consumed by that negative voice that's ruining you.
    You are not that voice.
    You are you
    and
    You will continually grow for your purpose.
    But you gotta learn to live in the PRESENT.
    Because that is the most powerful gift you have now.
    You are living in the present.
    This pandemic with heightened anxiety, let us learn to take care not only of our body but of our mind too. :)

    Sabe ko sa srili ko babalikan kotong videong ito. Nov. 2022 dhil ilang araw nlang board exam ko na sinumpong ako ng todong pressure na nging dhilan ng sobrang stress at depression na nauwe sa insomnia nang almost 1 week. Tpos isa ito sa pnanood ko at gnwa ko dhil desperado nako non mkabawe ng tulog at mawala ang stress ko. But slamat kay god nkarecover ako before board exam. Slamat din po sa videong ito dhin nging relax ang pag iisip ko . And now im a registered criminologist. Sobrang mraming slamat po❤️

    Gumising akong mabigat ang katawan, galing ako sa panaginip na sobrang bigat, someone want to kill me, those are persons I know 😔 I see pictures of people wearing white.
    Naiba Yung setup ng bahay namin. 🙈 Sumakit likod ang balikat ko kasi matagal na pala ako nakatagilid.
    Sobrang Thank you dito friend 🧡 2x ko na sya na play ngayon. Sobrang importante maging thankful everyday, ako ay mahalaga at isipin lang lagi ang ngayon.

    I have hypocondria whuch is same like anxiety im scared to death because i had hypertension also at lalo kong iniisip sakit ko may shortness of breathen ako dahil nrin cguro kakaisip sana gumawa kapa maraming gantong video ng meditasyon.. to help me salmat godbless

Hopefully, I could record it this weekend too so I could upload it soonest. I have also suffered from anxiety and panic attacks. Grabe yung physical manifestation.       Kung saan ka po comfortable. :) Ako kasi, sometimes I do meditate without music. But most of the time, I do it with music para less distracted sa vehicle and other noise sa surroundings.

      Hi Saimon! Medyo mahirap ipaliwanag pero kung gusto mong hindi ka masyadong spaced out, do some squats after meditation :)
