Dried shrimps half bow/60g
Rice flour 250g
wheat flour 25g
wheat starch 25g
SEASONING:
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
White pepper half tsp
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp

青葱 30克
红辣椒 1条
小葱头 10粒/60克
花菇 3朵/45克
虾米 半碗/60克
沾米粉 250克
面粉 25克
澄粉 25克
调味料:
酱油 2汤匙
胡椒粉 半茶匙
