Super73 produces good looking bikes and is great at marketing them, I dont think they've ever been at the top of the list when it comes to performance though. There are plenty of options out there and theyre only gettign cheaper as more and more ebike companies emerge.

It always cracks me up when bikes like the X1 have different power modes. Even at full power it’s really still in eco mode at 750W peak 😅

The other thing I notice is the x2 is wayyyy noisierbwuth the "chirping" and the X1 is absolutely quiet

you can 100% upgrade the motor but you'll probably have to change the controller aswell.
also for the battery its not necessarily needed BUT, If you still want to have good mileage then yes.
My X1 didn’t come with front forks, did you have to pay extra for it?
Yeah it's an extra 100$ add on. They also have fenders you can also add on

We couldn't really get ours to go 28 either, we were more like 25mph like your getting.
It was probably because you may be a bit heavy weighing it down a little
