Many videos ago I remember saying you would make a great instructor. You've proven me right. Keep up the great vids Jumper. I'm not even in the HVAC business anymore (did it for 16 years) but I still watch your vids due to the high quality content.
thanks for takking your time on making this board, I am a visual learner and this basically set me up for a really good mark on my wiring test I have. T
Thanks for this video! The simplified AC system representation on a board was a great help. When you get inside an actual AC unit, everything seems to be jumbled together and it's harder to understand what is going on. This helps a lot to understand what needs to happen for the system to work. Now I need to check and see if you have a video on how the capacitors work! Thanks again!
Could you take a sharpie and label the component's on your board ... AC fan , compressor etc ... Excellent explanations especially for new techs ... Thx for sharing ...
A relay and a contactor are just switches that open and close? Question bro, what do we use when we check resistance. Are we checking for shorts? Also when we get an ol, open line, is that again thing. Thank you for your knowledge.
Hi. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with this. We recently added a booster fan to our HVAC system, and have it wired back to the furnace to kick on with the blower. We have it relayed with a 24v relay switch as you show here. Unfortunately for us, it is mounted on the floor joists directly below our family room and the relay switch “Pop” is incredibly loud when it opens and closes. Wondering if you know of any quiet relay switches that would work, or any tips on how we might be able to minimize the noise. Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again!
hi , this is an excellent work and will help a lot of students. i would love to follow you and support this video. do you have a ladder diagram for this set up? thank you
3 mconkey unit 9 left items behind what would it be disconnected so eveytime that went on transformer and antenna uhf vhf removed commsco0e rampron ot my lcowrion may 2018 vacuuum tubing and bose speaker displays microsoft visual srudio? 1st, voltage measures a difference between two points. So, the voltage goes away (is equal between two points) because the electrical current moves through the circuit to the next load. I hope that helps.
5 wire not 4 honeywell thermostat lightswitch left behind no rf as disconnected theory was mosfet omron cooling transformer video as had time in the house so arc on electrical as subpump room jack 5 wire on side of lighswitch whhat would it be as home inspector never saw before left behind
Please replace that receptacle with a male cordcap, use a regular extension cord, and destroy the male/male cheater cord that I'm assuming you're currently using to supply power to the receptacle.

Can't get any clearer then this..... After one year school and one year in commercial this is the best .....
CANT HET ANY CLEARER!!! THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO

A thing to point out…you read volts wire to wire on the relay because there is a load between them.

Vrey good

Very good video but will be nice if you show a little bit more the thermostat wiring thanks
Just check continuity between contacts. If it's normally open and you hear the beep you know relay is bad and vice versa
You just used the thermostat on button ……how does Auto button tie in ? Great video. …….
Thanks 4 the video. im a student. This helps in class.
You're very welcome. Thanks for watching and stay tuned for new videos every week! 🔧⚡️
This is a great training video. More like this please.
Great explanation, very clear. Please, carry on your excellent help.

Bro you just made the best training video..... Thanks alot ....
Question, what is those 2 cables coming from the compressor and condenser to the low voltage terminals block?
this is really cool. Basically an art piece as well
Very informative and easy to understand thank you keep this videos coming.
Super...thanks I just started in hvac in Chicago...is good to more in this job....
Follow you ALL the timeYou do a concise job all the time. Love your channel

Depending the amp draw, you might try a solid state relay instead ... no clicking or popping noise I promise 😉
Helpful and interesting video. Great tutorial. Great job JMT.
I’d like to build that panel, do you have a parts list and plan that you can share? Thanks!
Thanks JMT for another Awesome video. What is the name of the access port brackets? Holding the access ports?
Nice visual material. Keep going.
Great explanation. God Bless
Very nice work
Very high quality content. Keep it coming!
Great Video, thanks.
please describe how is this board is wired from main power socket to each component to have different
Hi
Whrer the black wire direction from thermostat to contactor or relay.
Hey Mr. Jumper Man, I like your training broad I would like to make one for me. Do you have the diagrams where?
Thanks
Daniel Z
Appreciate the quality of video! clear and concise breakdown of how everything works. Keep it up my g!
Great job professor 😆
Are you a teacher are your local? you got some great videos
Thanks for your great content. What about about a call for heat or cooling. Is this setup only for fan?
Excellent wiring hvac video
Is a relay the same thing as a transformer in an HVAC system?
Excellent as per thank you JM
Have you ever thought of being an electrical engineer? Nice training board!
hi , this is an excellent work and will help a lot of students. i would love to follow you and support this video. do you have a ladder diagram for this set up? thank you
It’s great
Thank you!!
I am lucky when i experience this kind of hvac control.
Awesome explanation! Thank you so much!! I’m subscribed, brother!! Keep them coming!!
Great Video. Thank you for sharing
Amazing❤
Great video! I feel like I learned something 👍🏼😂
Great video brother!
very good explanation man
nice video but you didn't explain where is this relay located or seen in the HVAC system or why use this relay
Great video keep up the great work keep them videos coming
Can you teach us also how to check the sequencer? Thank you very much in advance

Sir may i know if the indoor fan motor contactor has the same with the outdoor fan and compressor contactor sir tnx
Just a great video!
My circuit board light is out and it has no power I checked the fuse test transformer it has no power
My ac unit is down my circuit board light is out and there no power to it How do I solve this issue
Why does voltage go away when it gets energized confused on that part??
1st, voltage measures a difference between two points. So, the voltage goes away (is equal between two points) because the electrical current moves through the circuit to the next load.
I hope that helps.
You should ve icluded a heat strip which could ve been more helpful. Thanks
Nice
