    I think Aba has this wrong by a mile. This lady who was trolled was scared by the kids. There is no way to know that they are here with good intentions and they already scared her for fun. So now she probably is giving him some of the same medicine. Just like her, she should just laugh because it's a "joke". The security guard was caught in the middle. The kids were up to no good and monetizing their channel by stressing some people out on their day off. And that kid's aggression in his defense is just his cover-up because he was really scared. Good. Fuck those kids.

    • @AbaNPreach
      @AbaNPreach  2 ปีที่แล้ว +8864

      Yes... someone saying "you cut the line, I always get discriminated against because im too tall for rides" is clearly the same as someone accusing somebody of sexual assault. Obvious trolling = Serious Life Altering Allegations.
      Next time you crack a bad joke, I hope someone accuses you of being a rap*st... shouldn't be anything wrong since theyre equivalent to you. Those kids may have been dumb but a false acucsation isn't proportional in the slightest.

    Volunteered for the police, we got to a scene where a woman accused a man of sexually assaulting her. After listening to their stories and once the woman calmed down a bit, she told us that they're actually in a relationship and that she was just mad at him. It wasn't the first time either. Guys, if something like this happens to you, walk away from the relationship. Don't ruin your life.

      I hate this logic some people have of "If you're offended or angry then that must mean your guilty" even though anger is an emotion that humans feel when something unfair is done to them
      Accusing someone of something they never did and treating them like they did it is gonna cause anger and offence in the accused. What don't people get from this
      I saw somewhere on some documentary about integration rooms with cops that if a suspect is slowly getting more angry from an accusation that it's a sign they may be innocent as normally the guilty one tends to act calm and collected. Guilty people think being angry and offended will make them look guilty, actual innocent people are bound to get angry and offended because they know they are innocent and are being accused of something they never did.
      Like this video. We know the man didn't what he was accused of and he was getting more angry everytime the accusation was brought up.
      I hate people who honestly say "If you're innocent then you wouldn't take it personally"

He accidentally touched my hand and was apologizing. I didn't see it as a problem since both my hands were holding the dog, so I thought it was weird that he was apologizing over and over. I said "It's fine, no need to apologize..". Then he told me he was falsely accused of sexual harassment. I honestly believe him because of how scared he looked for accidentally touching my hand :(( And when he told the entire story I felt really bad and was upset along with him. You’re thinking defamation claims. Those aren’t the same. If I say you’re a murderer on my YT channel, you can file defamation. If I say you assaulted me but neither of us has evidence and you say you didn’t do it, then the case just ends. If you do have footage, they just say “you’re free to go” and ask that both parties stop having troubles with each other. Even if the accusation was blatantly a lie. “who did a crap job at handling the situation”
      the police/security guard/authorities aren’t there and they are basing their behavior to what was reported because there is literally no way to know that she’s lying and same goes if the accused said they didn’t do it, the point is it is “reported” therefore the people involved must first be detained to interrogate and not let them escape possible criminal charges, they look for the evidences like security camera footage, witness reports, even physical examination sometimes if it involves violence
      like it or not if you think it’s not right to be detained and forced to follow their orders keep in mind there are actual cases(and they are the majority of cases) that isn’t fake like in this video and if the procedure/law happens to fit what YOU, the youtuber in this video and Preaches wants then there are actual victims that wouldn’t get justice and actual criminals not getting what they deserve
      you clearly know nothing of what is commonly a common sense procedure, you, the youtuber in this video and Preach video are punching in the air here for nonsensical reason
      another thing, they are in a private property so obviously it’s not the actual cops job to police what’s happening there, but as a business that deals with masses of people they employ securities which may not be cops but they are the cops by proxy just not in a public property, they have protocols just like cops they aren’t just civilians that just so happen to have a job to play pretend being a cop they also have legal authority as a proxy public sevant

Dumped my purse out, took off my jacket, turned my pockets inside out, even volunteered to take my shirt and pants off in front of everyone. “That’s not necessarily” is how they replied. Personally I’ve always wondered why don’t false accusers get punished. My guess is it’s probably pretty difficult to show that the accuser purposely lied so accusing them and taking legal action is a big ask without undeniable proof. There’s numerous cases of R victims pointing out innocent guys only for them to be proven innocent later. The victim can always say they were in such a state that they were mistaken. There’s not a lot of prosecutors jumping at the chance to go after said victim.

      You mean just like that youtube guy told the police they "talked to someone at the ride"? What happened was that they went to purposefully annoy strangers and film it, those strangers decided to get back at them by a false accusation. And then everyone was power tripping and excalating the situation.

      Hard to tell 100% and after rewatching he didn't accuse them of anything. Rather it was suspicion but not a confirmation. And it's not arrogance, their job is security which is to ensure safety.

    The cops should’ve reviewed the footage to conclude the accusation was false. Then they should’ve gone to the accusers and ask them if they’d like to file charges for the accusation. Then arrest the accusers for filing a false police report. Case closed.

    • @brolysadvocate
      @brolysadvocate 2 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      technically the security company were the ones to contact the police, there was no police report filed by the accuser, but being banned from the park would impute criminality to the accused as well as be defamatory imo...I would sue the company for endangering my reputation and acting too hastily without investigating properly first.

      @@Novem2244 No cuz entrapment is goading someone into knowingly committing a crime so you can arrest them. If a cop walked up and asked someone "are you selling heroin?" And the guy said yes and was arrested when they found heroin on them, that's not entrapment. If a cop walked up and said "hey I got heroin in my car you should buy it from me and flip it for cash" and then arrested the guy when they did all that, that's entrapment.

    Women are treated with kid gloves when it comes to false accusations. You'll be lucky, no bullshit, not an exaggeration, lucky if a judge treats her false accusations as hostile. The prosecutors definitely won't and their lawyers will use anything they can to drum up a story. In almost any scenario, you'll be seen as responsible for not making sure she felt safe enough to not make her want to falsely accuse you.
