    The super slow motion, arrows with explanations etc are excellent, not seen this clear elsewhere.

    Hi! Would you please explain one thing that I meet 2 ways of doing properly in different tutorials. Should you move hips back or push the handlebar forward? Is any difference between these techniques and what’s way better? Thanks in advance!

    • @Theshredacademy
      @Theshredacademy  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@FilNovoMtb they both work together. Your hips go back in the beginning and after you explode of the the top of the lip you roll the handle bars forward to level and and angle the bike forward for the landing.

      @@TheshredacademyThank you. I mean move hips back or push the handlebar forward when you initiate front wheel lift.

    Do we need to adjust the shocks to stiff and fast rebound?

    • @Theshredacademy
      @Theshredacademy  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There is not need to adjust the shock, I run my rebound 1 click past middle It really isn’t a good idea to speed up rebound to get more hight. As long as your not 3/4 closed on rebound you should be fine

    Is your rear shock locked out here in this vid? The thing "new" here that i haven't really seen elsewhere is a focus on NOT preloading the rear as you start yhe "L" of the manual. Your rear shock doesn't really compress here. I think this has been my issue.
    Just curious to onow if you're locked out here or not. Thanks!!

    Thanks for making the video. I searched for the “attack” video and found th-cam.com/video/bSr85VpGmio/w-d-xo.htmlsi=KOp_VLhUj51R7Dcg, but it does not cover “relaxed attack” position

      @@Theshredacademy Apparently, I need this video, too. I'm told I ride too stiff and and upright when attempting to jump on a 6' wooden steep ramp with a mulch landing. I look like I'm riding a horse with an English saddle. (Afraid of looping out / pulling too much to one side?) My nephew calls me "the Equestrian", LOL! The gap is about a two feet from the lip to the dirt. I'm casing without proper technique.
