The family section were in the buildings closers to the beach , but many people complained the nightly shows were too loud and the children couldn’t sleep .so they swapped, the family and adult section

Hello! Sorry for replying so late the beaches are definitely not “safe” someone drowned while we were there. Shallow yes, rocky no, but always make sure they have proper life jackets and you are always watching them! They do not have specialized equipment like typical lifeguards if any lifeguards at all.

Wifi in Mexico is horrible wherever you stay.
@@stephenbernard4675 I stayed in 2 Hiltons since i wrote that comment. It was great, WIFI worked everywhere.
