I liked the Ancient Weapons comparison.

I have over 200 knives/bladed weapons. I use the Kabar D2 extreme fighting knife most often. SOCP dagger too. Also love the Fairbairn Sykes commando dagger. If I could get one in Canada, I'd like a Cold Steel Chaos double edge. I once had a 1918 Trench Knife and it was fuckin mighty

I just watched the SOCP dagger video on the Benchmade website.. I'm intrigued by it. How does it feel in the hand?

I have had a Ka Bar for 25 odd years, the handle is still pretty much the same as when I bought it.

While I like my knives I prefer my throwing axes Jack and Jill.
I also agree that the training knives are great and I have been wanting the tanto brass knuckles style knife my mom has one and loves it but i want one with a pink handle and have yet to find it

Right on! And a lot of people get custom paint jobs on their guns so you could probably get something like that on a knife..

@@vikingsharia I have no idea who to go to in my area now that we are living in Manitowoc Wisconsin I would want skulls and/or runes involved if I am going custom made

What you didn't know is a few times I carried my Kershaw flip blade into the club forgetting I had it on me. LOL...... Ooops.......

Right on. Free men should be able to carry weapons anywhere.. and of course the Hávamál actually instructs us to.. "Never go even a single step without a weapon at your side. You never know when you might find yourself in need of a spear."

You should look into the Condor Sigrun (yep, same name as the Walkyrie).
It's a great all around knife and its balance and shape are well suited for defense/combat.
Really like your content, you got a new sub.
    Greetings from Belgium.

Thanks, bro. I used to listen to a Belgian band called Les Vilains.. idk what they were saying but it sounded cool.
And the Sigrun looks awesome.. I guess it's a step or two up from their Norse dragon?

I am a Range Officer at a Shooting Complex here in New South Wales, Australia.
I tried to get those solid Lime Green plastic Glocks to teach safe handling to new shooters, but they are banned by our Police Force. HaHa! We use real Glocks, that's ok it seems.
    Great video, thanks.

Wow yea it seems like laws on weapons that make very little sense is a recurring theme in most western countries. Hey what do you think about the techniques in this video using a shield while shooting? Is it practical at all? th-cam.com/video/SZlzdB1_uDY/w-d-xo.html

My knife is the Esee 5. One pound of 10/95 Carbon Steel. And my second is the Esee Junglas II. It is like the machete version of the Esee 5. Both come in an awesome black kydex sheath. Both blades are powder-coated Black Metal ! *Subbed.

They look badass and people seem to love 'em in the reviews. How do the Esees feel using them for slashing and thrusting? And thanks for the sub, bro!

Viking Sharia The Slashing & Thrusting is awesome. The weight and thickness of the handle make for a hefty and robust self defense weapon.

Dope video! Will you still searching for the perfect fighting knife or was the Dog's Head good enough for you? Keep it up mate!

Thanks man! I'm really liking the dog's head so I think the next search will be for a badass functional Viking axe.
