But grey virtual card is not working for Amazon kdp again

You don’t need the card to receive money from Amazon KDP.
Just the bank account details.

@sethamazon Is it ok to put "writer" as the work type and also "Amazon " as name of the employer?
Also, my LinkedIn account is just for my qualification and not as a writer, is it ok to link it.
Lastly, what's the ideal income band to input?

Just select “Family and friends” when asked.
You’d be able to scale all those hurdles.
