Now he's fighting the biggest asshole the sport has ever seen. Dennis should not have pulled Devon, Devon has less side pressure than John so Dennis is going backwards in testing himself. 6-0 flashpins.
He needs to put on serious size tho if he wants to have a chance at Levan. Denis and Devon are both better than Levan but Levan has 100+lbs on them, is younger, and his forearms are as big as their biceps.

Denis is the pinnacle of the sport in his prime.
Voveda had a short time at number on but was still losing at his best and baegent on both arms.

Dennis is strong but he's out of practice. Hopefully he is not going into the match overconfident or he will get wacked.
Lord know Denis destroyed Devon last time. That had to be Devon’s most humiliating defeats ever, basically getting swept in every round and knowing darn well he only won that last round vs Denis because Denis is a gentleman and didn’t feel it was right if he had taken EVERY round, given how much respect he has for Devon. Denis may not be the GOAT of arm wrestling (that would be John Brzenk) but he sure has been a great role model for young kids to look up to, as well as a great ambassador for the sport in his own quiet, humble way.

А что касаемо уникума то это да , он не такой уж сильный но его техника уровень 1000 никто настолько не хорош как Джон Брзенк в технике арм спорта если бы ему не много силы он бы и дальше сохранил свое превосходство просто время никого не жалеет и основная мускулатура уже угасла...

Denis is kind an humble giant, unlike Devon "the showbiz clown". John is might be the greatest of all, but the age getting too hight for a fight.
Looked like Denis was thinking about what to do when he gets home throughout the rounds. So damn composed man, his mental strength is intimidating, no buckling under pressure calm and seriously strong and those technical elements, a masterclass of a show this was.

It is mind blowing that there isn't ten people in the world that could regularly beat John at almost age 60. Possibly not even five. Denis is next level, and John was still holding him off. An absolute legend giving a future legend all he could handle.

John wasn't holding him off. Denis was just humble in his own overpowered strength. He didn't want to show he is superior like most douchebags do. By destroying or even humiliate others. Because he doesn't need that to prove anyone except himself that he is superior. Also, he likes to enjoy the battle itself, and not just pin and go.
Dennis went so easy on him the whole game . He could have flash pinned him 6 times straight if he wanted to, but that would have been too humiliating for the GOAT.
@@ieorlich watch Denis's own review of the match..the first couple of rounds weren't easy for him.. it's his first match in 2-3 yrs .. he was not quite sure how he'd measure up.. after that it was smooth sailing and Denis probably went easy on John ( even said sorry , such a classy guy )...Denis is being very cautious because of his health scare and rightly so...hope he continues to improve

I am so happy I was able to see these two legends face off again. I know John lost 6-0 but for him to put up the fight that he did and stop those surges by Denis who out weighs him by almost 40 lbs and 18 years younger was amazing to see.

No voy a mentir, la edad ya no le juega mucho a favor de Brzenk, pero aún así el regreso de Denis es tan emocionante, es un mito viviente, no logro imaginar el poder actual de Denis si no hubiera caído por la enfermedad... Sólo piénsalo, si no hubiera enfermado sería el rey del AW por encima de Levan y todos los competidores que existen, es descomunal aún en su lenta recuperación.

La verdad que sí, habría sido imbatible sino hubiera enfermado, pero no dudo que próximamente si cuida muy bien su dieta, entrenamientos y revisiones semanales, vuelva a ser el rey de los pulsos

In this last month I read a plenty of comments how Denis had problem to pin John. Quite frankly, I don't see where... Denis is was always in control and John was never able to move him from the center. Nobody pointed up this. Everybody to say how hard for Denis was pinning John, it's sound ridicolous. And look how fresh was Denis after the match and how exhausted John was. And now 7 months after, we are just 6 days away from event. I can't even imagine how furtherly improved is Denis during this time. I repeat what I'm saying in the last period, the match against Devon will not so different from this. Devon won't move Denis from the center.
