- Will rod removal from my leg keep me off work for a long time ? The answer is no!
It will not take as long as your bone took to heal. After the removal of the rods, we advise our patients for partial laod bearing in the first 2 weeks, with the help of a clutch. After that, we encourage them to go to the office. In about 4 weeks, they can even start driving.

i had distal radius fracture and the internal fixation was done. After plate removal how long will it take for the holes in bone to fill in completely
Generally bone becomes strong enough in 2-3 months although the holes may remain visible on X-rays for a long time, sometimes a year also but you don’t need to worry about it
@@drpankajwalecha can i train in gym with heavy weights? I am just afraid that the bone breakdown throw the screw holes if i lift heavy weights with it

- kripya apne surgeon ki salah lene ke baad hee cycle chalana ya aur koi activity karein. Har patient alag alag hota hai. Hum aapka check up kare bina kuch nahi ke sakte. Hamare patients kar patron hai lekin Ye medical opinion aapke liye nahi hai
