If i was Chris i would also mention why they are there in the midst of training to motivate them.. i would talk about football itself , great teams and players etc 1. We are here to train and improve so that we get the fruits of these efforts on matchday 2. To become the best we can 3. To win the league through training hard and with focus 4. Talk about great players and teams from the past while training like Maradona , Pele , Zidane , etc 5. Talk about life and becoming the best you can. 6. Explain that everyone can improve greatly with focus and determination etc etc
