It for sure was a sad moment. But the next rig is so much fun and we are sure with that we will have awesome travels to look forward to. We just cannot sit still😅. Hope your mechanical issues have been fixed and your back on the road. Have a great weekend!🤘🏻All the best to you two!
It was our favorite trailer and the floorplan was soooo fitting. It is very difficult to find this type of floorplan. Thanks so much for watching! Have a great rest of the day!
Hi there, unfortunately it already has been sold to the gentleman seen at the end of our video. But thank you for your interest and we hope you find an Escape trailer soon👍🏻.
NO! You can't sell your Escape!! sigh. Ok, I'll calm down now. Maybe. 🙂 I've wondered about your having a trailer and truck when maybe a single unit might work for you folks, and bikes, or whatever, or maybe a larger (taller inside!) rig. I too have researched the demand for a used Escape trailer online ... wow, they are snatched up fast! I hope yours is too and for a good price. But it has been your home for a good long time, so it might be hard to say goodbye. She's beautiful inside after your cleaning. Sad, yes, absolutely. But letting her go with her looking really good is the way to do it. The new owners will love her!! Oh my, when she drove off. I imagine selling my Escape, same version as yours. Had tears in my eyes as yours drove off. That was a great video with you talking as the trailer drove off ... really cool! I'll look for her on the road. AND, who knows what you'll be getting into in the future ... a different rig, a boat, a plane, zounds! 🙂
It was sad to see our home on wheels go. It was a fantastic unit and the flooplan was great (although sometimes polishing the street grime off the wheelwell gelcoat drove me nuts, haha😅). But for our future travels we have to adjust and we are sure it will be great🤗. It sold very fast, and we're happy the new owner is such a great person and appreciates the trailer. To be honest, we thought about a boat many times already. Currently, it is not an option, though, because of our lovely girls Layla and Juno🐕. Otherwise, we might have looked into it further. We do know that one for sure can not be too lazy when owning a boat and that a lot of maintenance costs are accumulating over the time...but maybe we do it anyway one day. We're crazy like that🤣. Our new (old) unit that we are eyeballing is for sure not for everyone so will be interesting to see what is being said. My parents and brother already consider us nuts so nothing to loose there, haha😁. Have a wonderful weekend, Ann! And thanks again for following our adventures 🤗! Best wishes from the four of us.
Oh, the street grime in those wheel wells, blegth!!! :-) And yet the walls are fiberglass and so there are no seams there to let the street grime up into your trailer, as I've seen in a number of other trailers owned by friends of mine. I guess I'd rather deal with the street grime on the outside of my trailer, and not the inside of my trailer, but still ... yuk. Have a wonderful weekend too, you two (four). Whatever you do, if you continue a blog/vlog, I'll be right along watching. If you choose to drop the online thing, know that you have a friend in Lacey, WA, any time. It was great to meet both of you in Bremerton, WA, when you were driving through that campground.
Are you located in North America? Because the word caravan is not really something that is being said here. In the UK I know they call it caravan. Recreational Vehicle in general is the term used in the industry for either a motor vehicle or trailer that has living quaters. Hope that helps.

Good grief. I refuse to Drive a car in snow, and that guy is towing for the first time like snow is just not an issue at all ... respect!
He did a great job for towing a trailer for the first time... and in these conditions. And had a long journey. 1600km/1000miles, to be exact.
That is somehow sad, we were hoping to see you soon on the road... But seems we have to wait a while.

We have the same model and have become quite attached as well. Best of luck in the next chapter.

I would be interested in purchasing your trailer. How would I contact you ?

What a beautiful sweater you have on!
Awww...thank you🤗. We assume you mean Julia's sweater? That one is soooo cozy.
Thanks so much for following our journey!
Yes , Julia’s sweater

Since it doesn’t have an engine isn’t it a Caravan?

So sad!!!
Yes, it was a hard decision to make. But we are looking forward to our future rig and adventures. Thanks for watching!
